The issue will come before the California Coastal Commission on Wednesday. Most of the people involved in the debate seem to agree that they don’t want to see a glut of luxury condos, like the ones being built on Yanonali St. But the city and the Coastal Commission are quarreling over what might be the best way to achieve that goal.
